Customer Service

We strive to provide great customer service.  Some of the ways we try to provide great customer service are:

  • Although we use delivery services, we also will pick up and drop off material and finished parts.
  • If we have a question about a drawing or file, we ask about it rather than hoping we understand.
  • If we can do a rush job without breaking into another run, we don’t charge exorbitant expedite fees.
  • We routinely work with customers to help them design for manufacturability.  This allows us to help our customers save on both time and money.
  • Our goal is to turn quotes around in 1 business day or less.
